• Case and client data — case details, hearing dates, client records, notes, tasks and labels that you or your team enter into the Service.

• Hosting, storage and infrastructure providers, to run the Service.
• SMS, email and WhatsApp providers, solely to deliver reminders and notifications you have enabled.
• Authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or to protect our rights.

We retain your account and case data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting or security purposes.
