This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Court Munshi subscriptions. It applies to all paid plans — Basic (after the free first year), Pro and Chamber.
The Basic plan is free for the first 12 months from account creation. No payment is collected during this period, so no refund applies until billing begins after the first year.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the Service. When you cancel:
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the period already billed, since access to the Service is granted immediately upon payment. We do, however, offer refunds in the following situations:
To request a refund under any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of the charge through our Contact page, along with your registered email/mobile number and payment reference.
If you upgrade your plan, the new plan's features apply immediately; billing for the new plan begins from your next cycle unless stated otherwise at the time of upgrade. If you downgrade, the change takes effect from the start of your next billing cycle, and no partial refund is issued for the difference in the current cycle.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
For any questions about cancellations or refunds, please reach out through our Contact page.
